I think it’s not possible but i did not find some clear answers to this question
Using jumper cables alone will not fully charge a car battery. Jumper cables are designed to provide the necessary power from a donor vehicle’s battery to a receiving vehicle’s dead or discharged battery to allow the receiving vehicle to start. Once the vehicle with the dead battery is running, its alternator should start recharging the battery as the engine runs.
However, the charging that occurs via the alternator while the engine is running after a jump-start is typically not enough to fully charge a deeply discharged battery. It can take several hours of driving to replenish a battery’s charge after a full discharge, and in some cases, regular driving may not be sufficient to fully restore the battery to its full charge capacity.
If a battery has been deeply discharged or is in poor condition, it may not hold a full charge or could require a dedicated battery charger to restore it to full charge. It is recommended to use a battery charger that can provide a consistent and appropriate charge rate for your battery, which will ensure the battery is charged safely and efficiently. Additionally, an external charger will typically have multiple charging modes to properly condition the battery and maximize its lifespan.
If you find that your battery is frequently dying and requires jump-starts, it’s a good idea to have it tested to see if it needs to be replaced or if there is an underlying issue with the vehicle’s charging system that needs to be addressed.
